The majority of staff for our two locations are hired on a seasonal basis beginning in April.
Positions generally last 7-8 weeks. All staff and CITs receive five days of training before the beginning of camp.
Experience and qualifications required vary by position. Some of our positions are perfect for young people looking for a first summer job, while others require more specific skills and knowledge. All Camp Cosmos staff must be 18 years of age or older. Youth ages 14-17 can check out our Youth Leadership Program for an opportunity to gain leadership skills and work experience. All of our staff are bilingual, full of energy, and prepared to embrace our values and learn with us.
